2021 – 2022 School Year
CLASS AGE GROUPS:
PRE-SCHOOL*: 3 YEARS – 4 YEARS
2 YEAR OLDS: 24 MONTHS – 36 MONTHS
TODDLERS: 12 MONTHS – 24 MONTHS
INFANTS: 6 WEEKS – 12 MONTHS
The Director will make the determination when a child is moved up in the next level.
*3 year olds must be potty-trained before moving up into K3 class in August.
REGISTRATION FEE: $150.00. Due at the time of enrollment.
TUITION AND PAYMENT:
All tuition is on a prepayment cycle. Payments are due one month before the service is rendered. Payments are due the 1st business day of each month. (There are no deductions for absences – you are paying for a reserved spot in the program.)
LATE PAYMENT FEE: $5.00 per day
Payments are considered late after 10 days.
At 30 days delinquent, an additional $100 fee will be charged.
At 45 days delinquent, the child will be dismissed.
FULL DAY:
PRE-SCHOOL: $ 1010.00
2 YEAR OLDS: (5 Days) $ 1022.00
TODDLERS: (5 Days) $ 1,091.00
INFANTS: (5 Days) $ 1,232.00
All tuition fees remain the same all year long until the new school year.
The above progreams are a 12-month commitment to secure your spot for the following year.

No Deduction for Absences during Enrolled Weeks
DISCOUNTS:
Active, Crosswater Community Church Members (Membership 101 Class Completed): 5% discount
Military and First Responders: 5% discount
WE REQUIRE A 2 WEEK NOTICE IF YOU ARE LEAVING THE ACADEMY.
