Children’s Pastor / Director

Job Summary:

The Children’s Pastor/Director position is an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of our Children’s Ministry (K through 5th grade), as well as fostering relationships with the families that have children in this age group. This position will work closely with our NextGen Pastor to facilitate various programs, events, and initiatives aimed at nurturing the spiritual growth and well-being of the children within the ministry. Additional responsibilities will include: recruiting, training, developing volunteer leaders / volunteer placement, maintaining all Children’s classrooms, implementing Orange curriculum for the Children’s Ministry, as well as helping to develop new content to supplement. This role will also support other NextGen ministry areas as needed.
