Our Basic Courses Are Designed to Help You Grow!
Crosswater has designed a spiritual path to help it’s family grow spiritually. We believe this path is the beginning of spiritual growth and maturity. Obviously, completing this path does not guarantee spiritual growth but it sets you on the right course.
By taking four basic courses, you will receive the basics needed to develop a fuller Christian life in your daily walk. Today our lives are hectic and “getting away”, other than for the regular worship services, gets harder and harder. As a result we have designed CUonLine as a tool to get more and more solid information in front of our family at a time that is convenient for you and your schedule.
As a new person coming into Crosswater, we want to get to know you personally and let you get to know us. Therefore this class is not offered on CU OnLine and is only offered in person. In this class, we teach what it really means to be a believer in Christ and a part of a Christian church. Light refreshments are provided.
Once you have officially become a member at Crosswater, then we offer a second base class called MATURITY 201. In this class we attempt to teach you the four basic spiritual disciplines that every committed follower of Christ needs in order to make the most out of his spiritual journey. Learn how to make the Bible come alive.
Having completed the 1st and 2nd base classes, we now offer a class on ministry and how to be involved in serving Christ more effectively. It is called MINISTRY 301. You will learn what your S.H.A.P.E. . By doing so you will discover how God made you to be effective in all works of life. This course is a must for a person looking to discover where he fits the best!
Home plate on our spiritual growth path is learning what I am supposed to do for the rest of my life. Here you define what your mission in life is. What were you made to do and why are you on the Earth. This class offers you the tools you need to discover that.
