Light Keepers is every month. This is an opportunity for those 50+ to fellowship over lunch and be challenged by topics of interest by different guest speakers. Our next lunch is Monday, October, 21st with Tom Tilson as the guest speaker. Tom has a challenge for seniors that the Holy Spirit has laid on his heart. Lunch will be provided at a cost of $5 per person. We can’t wait to spend time with you!

Fall 2024 | Find a Group

Community groups are a key aspect of our church community. They create a space for people to intentionally share their lives with others, grow spiritually together, and encourage each other through the highs and lows of life. We have 3 sessions a year (Spring, Summer and Fall). Most meet weekly in the home of a group member (usually the host's home). We try to keep them limited to about 12 people. If you can't find an open group, please consider hosting a community group yourself!

Child dedications are for children, newborn through seven years of age. Child dedications are not the same as infant baptism. We believe that baptism is for those who have repented of their sins and have trusted Christ as their Savior. Since a baby is unable to understand their need for repentance, we do not practice infant baptism.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. The GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. At this 13-week group, you’ll receive valuable guidance and tips, leading you to relief, comfort, and peace of mind. Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before.

DivorceCare is a weekly seminar and support group that will help you heal from the hurt. It's a warm, caring environment led by people who understand what you are going through. You'll learn practical information that will help you deal with the challenges of divorce. Best of all, you will gain hope for the future.

Wednesdays | Aug 28-Dec 4 | 6:00pm-7:30pm

The Quarter life group brings those parents and couples together on Wednesday nights, to get fed spiritually in a place where your students and kids are also fed spiritually.  With the ability to mirror the schedules of the AWANA program and Youth program, Quarter Life group is designed to meet needs of the parents during that time.

The bible studies and lessons will vary throughout the semester with the focus being on life lessons in the word, biblical parenting and being a better husband or wife.  This ministry group will sometimes separate the men and women into subgroups to have deeper discussions that focus on the heart of the word and issues.

Community among the people that are in the same season of life is a very big deal.  This group is perfect for young adults and young parents.

Awana Club at Crosswater Community Church is back for the 2024/2025 school year.  Each Wednesday at 6pm - 7:30pm, your child will have a time of worship, fun, and learning as they earn badges and points for memorizing scripture and being responsible.   

Cost is $90 per student and covers books, badges, vests/jerseys, bags, prizes, and supplies.
